DESCRIPTION OF THE TASK:
• Elaboration and maintenance of IS quality control procedures.
• Provision of quality plans and service level agreements.
• IS Quality control and evaluation.
• Provision of quality studies, quality assessments or other quality matters associated with information system projects.
• Definition, elaboration, management and reporting of quality tests.
• Advice on quality improvements.
• Assistance in the implementation of project management methodology.
• Coordination of test campaigns.
REQUIREMENTS :
• Α Master degree.
• Ability to understand, speak and write French and English (C1 level for both) Following specific expertise is mandatory for the performance of tasks:
• 6+ years of experience working as ServiceNow Developer and Tech lead
• Concrete experience with the implementation of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
• Experience in custom application development with ServiceNow App Engine
• Setup of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
• Excellent knowledge of architecture best practices and patterns on ServiceNow platform
• Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow applications design
• Excellent knowledge of business process analysis
• Proficiency in HTML5, Javascript, ES6, CSS3 and SASS.
• Good knowledge in client-side development of complex applications involving: multi module, Web Components.
• Experience in Web security, authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth, Open ID Connect).
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design. Mandatory possession of the following certificates:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Human Resources
• ServiceNow Certified Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Implementation Specialist. Any additional ServiceNow certificates would be considered as an asset.
