As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a [Event & Communication Officer] to strengthen its Internal Communication & Event team.Reporting to the manager responsible for these areas, you will play a role in promoting our employer brand, enhancing internal communication, and organizing events. You will directly assist the manager and collaborate closely with various teams to ensure the success of our initiatives.YOUR ROLEEmployer Branding:Assist in creating and distributing content on social media to position GAMING1 as top of mind for candidates.Identify the most relevant themes and communication channels in collaboration with the manager.Produce, distribute, and organize communication content for these channels.Meet with necessary partners to correctly organize events or partnerships.Help organize events to attract potential candidates (Meetup, hackathon, etc.).Manage the allocated budget and analyze the return on investment of various actions taken.Internal Communication:Use and optimize internal communication tools (newsletter, Teams, monthly breakfasts, digital terminals, etc.).Ensure the successful communication of initiatives and organizational projects to employees and stakeholders.Plan, edit, and write media content for internal communications (newsletters, welcome brochure, etc.).Participate in presentations during internal events.Corporate Communication:Support and advise our management committee in its communication with political actors, associations, and key partners.Produce, distribute, and organize communication content for specific external channels.
