Job Description - Executive & Team Assistant



Your mission


We’re Cuez and we’re reshaping the world of live broadcasting through our innovative SaaS tools used by production teams around the globe: from newsrooms and sports studios to universities, talkshows and events.

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Executive & Team Assistant to support the management team and ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. This versatile role combines management support, office management and travel & event coordination.

As a Executive & Team Assistant at Cuez, you will be the backbone of our daily operations and the go-to person who keeps our team organized, supported, and set up for success. You are someone who genuinely enjoys bringing structure, supporting others and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift, and you feel comfortable juggling different tasks while keeping a clear overview.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

Support the management team
  • Help the leadership team stay focused, prepared and well organized by proactively managing their agendas and ensuring that priorities are clearly structured and followed up.
  • Support company initiatives and internal projects, helping them run smoothly from planning through execution.
Keep the office running
  • Act as the central point of contact for all day-to-day office matters, making sure everything runs seamlessly and efficiently behind the scenes.
  • Manage suppliers, orders and office budgets while keeping a close eye on quality, efficiency and cost awareness.
  • Organize team moments, celebrations and internal events.
  • Support the onboarding of new colleagues.
  • Assist with the follow-up of expense notes, helping maintain clear and accurate administration.
Organize travel & events
  • Plan and coordinate business trips (flights, hotels, transfers, agendas)
  • Support the organization of trade fairs and company events, helping ensure that logistics and preparation are handled professionally.
  • Provide hands-on support during event preparation and follow-up to guarantee a smooth and successful outcome.




Your profile


  • You bring at least three years of experience in a similar role where you supported management and helped keep daily operations running efficiently.
  • You are well organized and can prioritize tasks easily, and you are comfortable using digital tools and technology to work more efficiently.
  • You work with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • You communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating with colleagues across different teams and departments.
  • You are flexible and comfortable working in a growing company with a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
  • You are fluent in both Dutch and English.
  • You’ll come into our office at least 3 times a week.
  • You are willing to travel occasionally to support the team at trade fairs.
