F&B Outlets Manager

recruitment agency specialized in hospitality profiles, is currently looking
for a F&B Outlets Manager to join the team of our
client, a boutique hotel in the center of Antwerp.

•        Leading the F&B team and
  coaching them on service, efficiency, and hospitality
  
•        Overseeing the smooth daily
  operation of the restaurant
  
•        Enhancing the guest experience and
  optimizing operational processes
  
•        Managing inventory, staff schedules,
  and administrative tasks
  
•        Actively contributing to menu
  development and service improvement
  
•        Collaborating with the Executive
  Chef and Hotel Manager to exceed our quality standards
  

Requirements

•        A bachelor's degree in Hospitality
  Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  
•        At least 3 years of experience in
  restaurant management
  
•        Proven experience as a Restaurant
  Manager or in a similar leadership role
  
•        Strong leadership qualities and
  excellent interpersonal skills
  
•        Outstanding communication and
  organizational abilities
  
•        Solid knowledge of restaurant
  operations with a focus on front-of-house service
  
•        Understanding of financial processes
  such as budgeting and cost control
  
•        Familiarity with trends and best
  practices in the hospitality industry
  
•        Fluent in both Dutch and English
