Group Clinical Supervisor (LCSW) – Hourly, Part-time

Reports to the Clinic Director

Group Clinical Supervisor Role/Responsibilities

Blanton-Peale is seeking Hourly Group Clinical Supervisors to support its growing team of mental health professionals. The Clinical Supervisor conducts weekly group clinical supervision sessions with mental health providers who require clinical hours toward their terminal licensure and reviews and undersigns their clinical documentation (treatment plans, progress notes, case summaries, etc.) in a timely manner. Clinical supervisors are welcome to conduct their groups in-person or via Zoom.

Group Clinical Supervisor Qualifications:

Required:

• NYS Licensed LCSW
• Commitment to a regular, weekly supervision group
• Experience providing guidance, review, and co-signature for supervisee documentation
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical engagement and intervention skills
• Ability to use web-based Electronic Health Records, Microsoft Office, and Virtual platforms
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to engage supervisees and collaborate with colleagues
• Communicate effectively (written and verbal) with supervisees and colleagues in a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed manner

Preferred:

• · 2 or more years of experience working in a community mental health, social services, hospital-based Clinic, or private practice
• · SIFI and other clinical supervision training or certification
• Virtual supervision welcomed, open to in-person or hybrid sessions
