We are looking for a Financial Controller to strengthen the Finance team of our Buildings Business Unit in Beersel (Huizingen). In this position, you will work for both the domestic and the export product businesses within the Sales Team.
Your main responsibility will be to collaborate with the different internal (legal, compliance, ...) and external (customers) stakeholders. This includes planning, controlling and reporting activities for our business.
Your tasks:
Act as the SPOC for the product business, including the contract management with the different customers
Support new customers by explaining contract details and negotiate contracts with them
Perform financial reports and quality checks of existing Customers
Calculate growth and quality of business bonusses, create and adapt the required provisions accordingly
Credit manager in order to secure our cash flow
Responsible for financial sales processes
Account payables / account receivables / analysis and approval of credit notes
Controlling and signature of quotations
Follow-up of marketing expenses
Your skills:
Degree in business engineering, economics or similar
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities combined with a critical mindset
A strong experience working with numbers and data
Strong communication skills and affinity with sales
Fluent French with a good command of Dutch and English
