Job Description - Finnish & Swedish Speaking Customer Advisor

We are seeking a dedicated and commercially minded Customer Advisor to join a global powerhouse in the commercial transport and heavy-duty vehicle industry. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary strategic link for international fleet owners and logistics partners across the Nordic region and beyond. You will be responsible for ensuring that the world's supply chains stay in motion by providing high-level, multi-channel support that addresses the unique needs of the heavy-duty vehicle sector. The Role: Driving Global Logistics

As a cornerstone of our support team, you will move beyond basic scripts to provide technical insights and personalized care for professional transport companies and dealerships.

  • Hybrid Workflow: Enjoy a balanced lifestyle with 3 days of remote work and 2 days on-site at our modern Ghent office.
  • Professional Representation: Manage inquiries via phone, email, and digital tools, upholding a reputation for safety and reliability.
  • Strategic Problem-Solving: Investigate the "why" behind logistics or service concerns to deliver tailored, effective resolutions for commercial clients.
  • Global Coordination: Partner with sales, logistics, and technical teams to streamline complex workflows and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Industry Growth: Stay ahead of the curve with continuous training on the latest heavy-duty vehicle technology and fleet management services.

Note: Previous industry experience is a plus, but not required. We provide fully paid, in-depth training to ensure your success in the transport sector.

Who You Are: The Profile

We are looking for resilient, proactive communicators who can navigate a fast-moving, international industrial setting.

  • Linguistic Mastery: Native or near-native proficiency in both Finnish and Swedish.
  • Corporate Communication: Professional English (B2+) is required for internal global meetings and documentation.
  • Empathy & Composure: A genuine passion for helping people and the ability to stay grounded during busy periods.
  • Digital Savvy: Quick to learn new software and comfortable managing multiple digital tools simultaneously.
  • Operational Flexibility: Ready to support a global client base within a 24/7 rotating shift schedule.
