Your Responsibilities

• Effectively resolve customer inquiries and technical issues to enhance overall satisfaction.

• Document customer interactions accurately to aid service improvement.

• Fluency in Flemish (both written and spoken) is essential.
• A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
