About Our Client

Our client, active within the insurance sector is looking for a Freelance ICT Analyst / Programmer to reinforce their team in Brussels.

Job Description

• Analyzing and developing new projects based on Progress OpenEdge
• Maintaining and expanding existing programs like Talk
• Participating in various projects related to Databases, Data Warehousing, BI & Reporting, and AI
• Providing training to ICT team members and end users on project developments
• Assisting in resolving issues and ad hoc queries
• Supporting Database Administration (DBA) tasks, including performance enhancements

The Successful Applicant

• Proven knowledge and experience in Progress OpenEdge is essential
• Proven experience in creating reports based on complex and disparate data from different databases
• Experience with various reporting tools is a plus
• Knowledge of SQL is essential
• Knowledge of MS-Windows, MS-Office
• Interest in new technologies within the ICT field
• A very good command of Dutch and a good command of French or vice versa
