Freelance Recruiter - Grimbergen area

For an international company in the Grimbergen area, we are looking for an experienced Freelance Recruiter to provide additional support in staffing a European project.

Your responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough intake sessions with internal stakeholders on various international projects to determine profile requirements.
• Write clear and attractive job descriptions.
• Develop an effective sourcing strategy to attract the right candidates.
• Establish collaborations with local and regional job boards and job fairs within Europe as needed.
• Proactively approach potential candidates through various channels.
• Qualify and select suitable candidates.
• Plan and follow up on the interview process .
• Negotiate contracts and handle administrative tasks during hiring.
• Responsible for the onboarding process for new colleagues.

Your profile:

• Proven experience in recruitment and selection of Blue-collars .
• Experience with and knowledge of technical and engineering profiles .
• Sourcing experience at the European level is a plus.
• Autonomous, empathetic, sincere and eager to learn.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English .
• Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment .
