French Sales Engineer, Sofia Bulgaria

About the Role

In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Customer Cloud Sales Team to uncover and qualify new business opportunities while identifying and addressing key technical concerns raised by customers. You will design and implement strategies to overcome technical barriers and architect tailored solutions that meet complex business and technical needs.

You will take ownership of the technical components of the sales cycle, including delivering technical training sessions, leading client presentations, preparing responses to technical bids, conducting product and solution briefings, and managing proof-of-concept initiatives. The role may also involve hands-on work with Customer Cloud products to showcase, design, and prototype integrations within customer or partner environments.

As a subject matter expert, you will support advanced technical training for team members on moderately to highly complex topics. You will also mentor colleagues and advise leadership on improving internal processes, workflows, and training materials.

This is a fully remote position, operating Monday through Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00.

Candidate Profile

• Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken)

• Experience as a Technical Sales Engineer in a highly technical environment or a similar customer-facing technical role

• Background working with advanced technologies such as Big Data, PaaS, and IaaS

• Strong knowledge of Linux and Web 2.0 development platforms, as well as related technologies including HTTP, Basic/NTLM authentication, cookies and sessions, XML/XSLT/XHTML/HTML

• Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset

• Confident and persuasive presenter

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and demonstrate a strong work ethic
