French Social Media Specialist - Lisbon

We are currently looking for a Content Moderator fluent in French to join a global team in Lisbon, working for one of the world's leading social media platforms.

We are hiring urgently onboarding will take place until the first week of June. A EUR1,000 signing bonus will be awarded upon contract signature!

As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring user-generated content such as videos, images, and text to ensure compliance with community guidelines and platform policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and moderate content reported by users.
• Remove or escalate content that violates policies.
• Ensure a safe and respectful online experience for the community.
• Maintain high attention to detail and professionalism.
• Work in a 24/7 rotational schedule, including weekends and night shifts.

Requirements:

• Fluency in French (C1 or higher).
• Good knowledge of English (at least B2).
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
• Resilience and ability to deal with sensitive content.
• Good computer skills and adaptability to new platforms.
• Team-oriented, reliable, and committed to quality.

Training & Onboarding:

• Fully paid training in English (15 working days).
• Introduction to tools, policies and procedures.
• Coaching and support throughout the process.
