Do you have C2-level French and are ready for a new adventure under the Portuguese sun? Were looking for enthusiastic and solution-oriented Customer Service Specialists to join our international team on-site in Lisbon.

Whether its answering a call with a smile or solving a tricky problem, youll be the go-to person for our French-speaking customers all while living your best Mediterranean life in one of Europes most vibrant cities.

What You'll Do

• Provide outstanding customer support in French via phone, email, and chat

• Assist customers with professionalism and empathy

• Troubleshoot issues and guide users toward quick solutions

• Maintain service quality standards in a fast-paced environment

Your Schedule

• Monday to Sunday

• 07:0023:00 (rotative shifts)

• 2 rotative days off per week

• 24/7 shift schedule may be introduced at a later stage

What You Need to Bring

• C2-level French

• Good command of English (B2+)

• Valid EU ID, Residence Card, or Manifestação de Interesse

• Availability to work on-site in Lisbon
