Full-Stack Developer - Hybrid

We currently have a vacancy for a Full-Stack Developer fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels. The work will be carried out either on the companys premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated into the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major clients IT team on site.

Tasks:

• Development of front-end website architecture;
• Design of user interactions on web pages;
• Development of back-end website applications;
• Implement core business logic;
• Creation of servers and databases for functionality;
• Understanding and implementation of security and data protection;
• Cross-platform optimization;
• Design responsive applications;
• Design and develop APIs;
• Participating in the design and creation of scalable software;
• Maintenance of code integrity and organization;
• Writing clean, functional code on the front- and back-end;
• Compile and analyse data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement;
• Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues;
• Write technical documentation.

Requirements

• Masters degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with a minimum of 17 years of relevant working experience in IT;
• Proficiency with front-end languages such as JavaScript, HTML and CSS;
• Proficiency with Angular 2+;
• Proficiency with back-end languages and frameworks such as Java, Spring boot and Hibernate;
• Proficiency with Typescript and REST services;
• Good knowledge with JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as Bootstrap;
• Good knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git;
• Good knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture;
• Good knowledge of applications design and modelling tools;
• Good knowledge of agile methodology;
• Knowledge of interoperability technology such as web services, message oriented middleware, service oriented bus;
• Familiarity with database technology such as Oracle, MongoDB;
• Excellent command of the English language.
