Functional Analyst

A leading financial services organization is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst to join a digital team responsible for optimizing end -to -end lead management and customer interaction processes.

The role operates at the intersection of business, data, and IT, focusing on designing scalable solutions for lead processing across multiple channels. The environment includes data -driven systems, cloud -based architectures, and distributed data processing frameworks.

The consultant will collaborate closely with architects, developers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver high -quality, scalable solutions aligned with business goals.

Requirements

• Perform functional analysis and design of information systems

• Translate business requirements into scalable and data -driven IT solutions

• Design and optimize end -to -end lead processing workflows

• Conduct feasibility analysis, impact assessment, and solution validation

• Work closely with data engineers and architects on data flows and integration.

• Analyse system behaviour and perform root cause analysis

• Support system changes from development through production

• Act as a bridge between business and IT stakeholders

• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation

• Drive continuous improvement of processes and solutions

Required Skills & Expertise

Must Have

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as Functional Analyst

• Strong experience in Banking and Insurance domain (mandatory)

• Strong ICT knowledge

• Experience with Adobe Campaign

• Experience with Apache Spark

• Experience with Python

• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

• Strong experience in Agile environments

• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Dutch – Strong proficiency (mandatory)

• English – Professional proficiency

• Experience with data pipelines and distributed data environments

• Understanding of cloud -based architectures
