The Swift Graduate Programme is your gateway to a career with global impact. You will work on real business challenges, learn from experienced professionals and develop the skills needed to thrive in a fast-changing industry.

What Is It? 

Your journey with us is designed to accelerate your growth during the first 18 months of your career. 

• Start date: September 2027 

• Location: Global headquarters in La Hulpe, Belgium 

• Duration: 18 months - 3 rotations of 6 months

• Programme: In-person onboarding experience together with your fellow graduates, followed by structured learning, coaching and feedback, with a dedicated mentor and buddy throughout your journey.

You should have completed, or expect to complete, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree before the programme starts in September 2027 and eligible to work in Belgium without visa sponsorship.

Our Business Areas 

Our Graduate Programme offers opportunities across a wide range of disciplines: 

• Technology & Engineering – Software engineering, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data and platform services, network operations, service management, operational excellence and customer support 

• Product Management & Innovation – Product strategy, design, market solutions and innovation initiatives 

• Corporate Functions – Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Human Resources and Corporate Affairs 

• Business Development & Customer Engagement – Sales, relationship management, customer success and market development 

You will join a graduate track aligned with your skills, interests and aspirations, while contributing to the needs of our business and community.

• Applications: Applications for our 2027 Graduate Programme are open. We encourage you to apply early, as positions may close once vacancies are filled. 

• Selection process: (1) Initial screening (2) Online assessment (3) In-person Assessment Centre at our offices in La Hulpe – this will include an interview, presentation, group activity and/or a role-based scenario assessment. 

• Recruitment timeline: Our recruitment process is dynamic, and we aim to keep you informed throughout each stage. You can expect to receive regular updates from Swift after you apply, with key recruitment activities taking place from January 2027.
