This position is managing a teamof 2 marketers and an analyst in the TAVI and Cardiac Surgerybusiness. He/She is responsible for serving as a key contributor ofthe overall commercialization effort for assigned TAVI and CardiacSurgery Products such as the TAVI product line, Tissue andMechanical Heart Valves and implantable rings; providing guidanceand support on related product development activities (definingrequirements), market development activities, and collaborationwith EMEA/ Local sales/marketing teams. Role and Responsibilities ·Develops analysis around the competitive environment and clearlydefines product positioning, key issues, strategies, and targetaudiences for assigned product(s)/product lines · Collaborates withmarketing colleagues on integrated marketing business plandeliverables for assigned programs · Partners with marketingcolleagues to shape customer requirements for related products ·Serves as contributor of physician product planning advisory boardfor assigned product(s)/product lines · Works with marketingcommunications to support development of launch materials, productliterature, and any other collateral material required to supportsales and key marketing messages · Develops product marketingbulletins on new and current products. Provides communication tosales team on market released products. · Conducts productoverviews for physician and sales reps. · Presents product andmarketing plans to internal management, including input for regularLBE cycles · Drives market development activities throughestablishment of best practices and development of tools to raiseawareness of the benefits of assigned product(s)/product lines ·Builds strong relationships with global marketing teams and local /geographical teams · Works with market research to collect alllimited market release survey data and shares results regularlywith management. · Builds strong relationships with leading KOL’saround EMEA Your Profiles: · Master’s degree; MBA preferred ·Minimum of 7 years sales and marketing experience, preferably inthe medical device or healthcare industry · Experience working withcomplex product portfolios in the medical device industry. ·Experience with strategic product planning and commercialexecution. · Developed leadership skills/experience, including theability to map task interdependencies, prioritize such tasks, anddevelop, monitor and live within budgets as well as thedemonstrated ability to forecast major milestones. · Experienceworking in a broader enterprise/cross-division business unit modelpreferred · Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographicallydiverse business environment. · Ability to work within a team andas an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.· Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects.· Strong verbal and written communications with ability toeffectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization. ·Multitasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner. ·Strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention todetail. · Ability to travel approximately 50%, includinginternationally.
