What does your job as a Head of Broker Remuneration look like?  

• You lead a team, inspiring and motivating them to achieve their best while managing performance and driving change.

• You the Head of Broker Remuneration (Commissions), prioritizing tasks, making key decisions, and aligning business needs with deliverables.

• You manage daily stand-ups, sprints, and retrospectives in an agile setup, ensuring smooth teamwork and timely delivery.

• You engage directly with brokers, handling their commission-related queries and ensuring accurate, timely payments.

• You analyze complex commission data and report it to the Sales Management, using tools such as Power BI to inform key decisions.

• You set strategies during quarterly planning sessions, aligning team efforts with broader company goals.

• You solve problems by quickly identifying blockers and ensuring the team stays on track to meet deadlines.

• You improve processes through retrospectives and refinement sessions, helping the team grow and adapt continuously.

• You collaborate closely with IT and business teams, ensuring technical solutions meet business requirements.

This is how you fit perfectly into our team  

• You hold a Master's degree in Economics or Financial Accounting or have equivalent experience.

• You have excellent knowledge of insurance and commissions, which prepares you for success in this role.

• You speak and write fluently in English and French. Dutch is an additional asset.

• You possess an analytical mindset and can prioritize effectively when necessary.

• You have strong communication and presentation skills at various levels and are assertive when needed.

• You are have a keen customer focus towards our brokers.

• You are resilient under stress and know how to set priorities, and make decisions effectively.
