As the Head of Operations for South West Europe, you will hold the ultimate responsibility for the operational success and financial health of our systems across the region. You are a strategic leader who manages a team of Regional Managers, ensuring that our corporate vision is translated into high-quality service and operational excellence on the ground.
You’ll drive strategic leadership, developing and implementing overarching operational strategies that maximize efficiency and align perfectly with our global corporate goals.
Own the financial health of the department, overseeing the entire budget management process, from resource allocation to strict cost control and long-term financial planning.
Lead through performance management, establishing and analyzing high-level KPIs to identify growth opportunities and spearhead initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness.
Standardize and scale processes, ensuring that our systems across SWE operate with consistent quality and a culture of continuous improvement.
Empower and develop leaders, providing direct guidance and professional support to your team of Regional Managers, fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment.
Act as the primary bridge to Senior Management, ensuring transparent communication regarding regional performance, strategy, and challenges.
Strategize for growth, providing final approval and high-level guidance for new system launches, expansions, and major service restarts within the region.
Collaborate across the organization, working closely with Account Management, Finance, and HR to ensure operational feasibility and long-term personnel planning.
