Housekeeper, M/F

We are seeking an experienced, versatile, and reliable Housekeeper to manage the cleanliness and maintenance of a large private residence in Overijse, Belgium.

This is a full-time permanent contract for a professional couple with a few easy to manage pets and gardens. The ideal candidate will be committed to reliable support for the owners, a couple, on a daily basis for the long term.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a 750m2 villa
• Perform all general housekeeping tasks (vacuuming, dusting, cleaning, etc.)
• Managing household supplies, organising indoor and outdoor spaces, and ensuring the property is well-maintained
• Errand running (post office, dry cleaning etc)
• Receiving parcels and postal mail, scanning and filing
• Occasional pet care and general garden maintenance
• Welcome external providers to handle servicing and repairs
• Supervise laundry, ironing/washing and assist when required
• Occasionally handle grocery shopping
• Prepare daily meals (lunch and dinners when owners are present)

• M/F with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Inherent ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality 
• Strong attention to detail and dynamic personality
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Excellent communication skills, kind and trustworthy
• Capable of preparing simple healthy meals when employers are present
• Fluent in English

• Full-time permanent – 40 hours/week (6-7 hours per day between 8 AM and 8 PM)
• Monday to Saturday
• This is a live-out position
