HR & Office support Belgium - Automotive Business
SKF Vehicle Aftermarket (VA) is a trusted supplier that serves the Automotive aftermarket with high-quality products and premium services for cars and commercial vehicles globally. With over 20,000 variations, our unmatched product range delivers comprehensive system repair solutions. We prioritize ease of access to required parts, ensuring timely availability and efficient repairs. SKF VA have a strong network of over 10,000 distributors and dealers worldwide. This expansive reach ensures that our spare parts for cars, trucks, and two-wheelers are readily available in workshops across the globe.
Key responsibilities
HR Service Specialist (75%)
You will support our HR organization by handling administrative processes, preparing payroll data and assisting with Compensation & Benefits activities. You ensure accuracy, compliance and high‑quality service for employees, managers and HR colleagues.
1. General HR Support (60%)
2. Compensation & Benefits Support (15%)
Office Assistant (25%)
You help keep the office running smoothly by managing communication, logistics, supplies and internal events. You are the go‑to person for practical support and contribute to a positive employee experience.
