Heidelberg Materials Benelux is currently looking for a

HR BUSINESS PARTNER & HR PROJECTS MANAGER

to join the team at our headquarters in Braine-l’Alleud.

Your tasks & responsibilities:

• Strategic Partnership: collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies that support overall business objectives.

• Talent Management: oversee recruitment processes, ensure effective onboarding, and assist in identifying key talent and succession planning to meet future business needs.

• Employee Relations: provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.

• HR Metrics and Analytics: analyze HR metrics in partnership with line management & HR Controller to develop practical HR solutions and programs focused on employee performance, wellbeing, and alignment with business objectives.

• Change Management: lead and manage HR-related projects, including organizational changes, restructures, and mergers, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.

• Employee Development: identify learning and development needs, and work with the Learning & Development team to create programs that drive employee growth and retention.

• Compensation and Benefits: provide input and recommendations on salary, benefits, and incentive structures to ensure they are competitive and aligned with business objectives.

• HR Project management: manage and/or participate to ongoing or upcoming HR projects.

Your profile:

• You obtained Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Engineering or similar by experience.

• You are bilingual Dutch & French, with a good knowledge of English.

• You have a proven experience of minimum 10 years as HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in an industrial, complex, fast-paced environment.

• You have a strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices in compensation and benefits, talent management, and employee relations.

• You have excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

• You are able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive results in a collaborative manner.

• You have strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
