Cabot is seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Manager to lead our people agenda in Belgium. This is a unique opportunity to join the leadership team of a well-established manufacturing operation and play a key role in shaping employee experience, talent development, employee relations, and organizational performance.
Our Loncin manufacturing facility produces masterbatches and conductive compounds containing carbon black, additives, and thermoplastic resins used across a wide range of industries, including construction, automotive, agriculture, and packaging. Since launching operations in 1970, the site has grown into an important part of Cabot's global network and today employs more than 60 people. The Loncin team works closely with colleagues at our second Belgian facility in Pepinster, located approximately 30 kilometers away.
As Country HR Manager Belgium, you will serve as a trusted advisor to General Manager and the Leadership Team. As a member of the Belgian site leadership team, you will help drive business performance, operational excellence, workforce capability, social partnership, and a strong culture of safety and inclusion across both of our Belgian sites.
