Your mission
We are looking for a hands-on HR Officer to temporarily replace our HR Manager during maternity leave. The assignment will run at least from May until November, with a planned overlap for a smooth handover.
While this role is set up as a maternity cover, we are open to exploring a long-term collaboration depending on organizational needs and mutual fit.
In this position, you will ensure the continuity of the HR department and act as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers, managing a broad range of operational and people-related HR responsibilities.
Your responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation and continuity of the HR department during the maternity cover period
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related questions from employees and managers, providing clear and practical guidance
- Manage HR administration across the full employee lifecycle, including contracts, amendments, personnel files and offboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings and candidate screening to interview coordination and hiring follow-up
- Organize and deliver seamless onboarding for new hires, ensuring a positive employee experience from day one
- Prepare and validate payroll input and manage absences, leave and time registration in close collaboration with external payroll partners
- Support employees and managers on general HR topics such as performance, well-being, absence and day-to-day people matters
- Maintain, update and help implement HR policies, procedures and internal documentation
