Job Description - HR & Payroll Officer | German-Speaking

We are actively looking for a German-speaking HR & Payroll Officer for one of our partners operating in the fashion and retail sector in Brussels.

  • International Payroll - Administrative management of Belgian and Dutch employees with the social secretariat.
  • Provide support and advice to employees on legislative matters.
  • Administrative management from onboarding to departure of the employee.
  • Management of status changes, work hours, and absence management.

  • Bachelor's degree in Payroll and personnel administration or in a similar field.
  • Fluent in German, French or English.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Payroll and Personnel Administration.
  • Trustworthy, enthusiastic and well-organized.
