ICT Expert Angular / Java

Our client within the Flemish public sector is seeking a Senior ICT Expert specialized in Java and Angular development.

You will work in a SCRUM -driven environment contributing to the development and enhancement of enterprise applications supporting public infrastructure operations.

The role requires strong autonomy and direct interaction with business stakeholders.

Requirements

· Develop and maintain applications using Java and Angular

· Design and implement RESTful web services

· Work with Spring and Hibernate frameworks

· Develop modern front -end architectures including micro frontends

· Participate in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies

· Engage with end users to refine and implement solutions

· Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability

· Support automated and integration testing activities

Required Skills & Expertise

Must Have

· Strong experience in Java (Senior level)

· Strong experience in Angular

· Solid knowledge of JavaScript

· Experience with Spring and Hibernate

· Experience with RESTful APIs

· Experience with web components and micro frontend architecture

· Fluent Dutch (C2 level required)

Should Have / Nice to Have

· Experience in Agile/SCRUM environments

· Experience with automated testing

· Experience in public sector environments

· Knowledge of Kubernetes

· Relevant degree in ICT or Engineering

· Strong communication skills
