ICT Security Expert (Medior)

A public -sector organization is seeking an ICT Security Expert to support and enhance its ICT security policy and governance.

The role focuses on advising, implementing, and improving security processes, with strong involvement in ISMS and alignment with international security standards.

Requirements

· Support ICT security policy development and implementation.

· Analyse and improve security processes and governance.

· Assist in setting up and maintaining ISMS.

· Coordinate security -related activities across teams.

· Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.

· Support project execution, planning, and reporting.

· Ensure compliance with security frameworks and standards.

C. Required Skills & Expertise

Must Have

· Experience as ICT Security Consultant or similar role.

· Strong experience in security process analysis and documentation.

· Knowledge of IAM (Identity & Access Management).

· Experience with process analysis.

· Knowledge of ISO 2700x / NIS2 frameworks.

· Experience with ISMS implementation.

· Dutch fluency (C2 level).

Should Have / Nice to Have

· Experience in public -sector environments.

· Knowledge of ITIL.

· Strong documentation skills.

· Understanding of governance and compliance processes.

· Experience with security awareness topics (e.g., phishing).

Soft Skills

· Strong analytical and structured mindset.

· Ability to work across multiple teams and departments.
