Implementation Consultant (Wilrijk, Belgium)

We're looking for a French-speaking Implementation Consultant to help us deliver smart building technology to customers across Belgium and France.

🛠️ Your Role

As an Implementation Consultant, you’ll be embedded in technical project delivery from start to finish. You’ll collaborate with customers, engineers, and internal teams to ensure smooth configuration, integration, and deployment of our software solutions.

You’ll be deep in the technical delivery, from workflows to configuration to debugging integration flows. You’ll get the autonomy to own your projects and the support of a solid team to back you up.

You will:

• Translate business processes into software configurations and workflows.
• Manage technical implementation, including system interfaces and integrations.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve them efficiently within SLA.
• Deliver training sessions to key users and provide hands-on post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with technical teams during setup, testing, and validation.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities (e.g., demos, RFP/RFI input) when needed.
• Own the customer relationship as their primary technical point of contact.

🎯 What We're Looking For

• Native-level French speaker – you’ll support French-speaking customers in both Belgium and France.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – ideally with a background in IT, software, or systems integration.
• A bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with software implementations, configuration, or technical consulting.
• Comfortable digging into data structures, APIs, or workflow logic (no need to be a developer, but tech-savvy is a must).
• Good communicator who can explain complex issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
