Industrialization Engineer Avionics

For our dynamic Production Engineering and Industrialisation team, we are looking for reinforcement. In this role, you will liaise between R&D and Production. The tooling and testing developed by you supports the final assembly of our Avionics products. This way you have an immediate impact in the link between the development and production of our new displays.

Your responsibilities      

• You design, develop, document and implement all product specific tooling, test & alignment equipment in order to test and report the requirements for new product introductions.

• You maintain and upgrade developed test solutions during the production phase.

• You ensure that time lines, cost and quality expectations are met in line with our high standards.

• You provide documentation in accordance with company or program requirements.

• You support and train colleagues in production and are first contact for production and test issues.

• You guarantee compliance with company quality systems and internal procedures and policies, including the availability of test data to support process improvements.

• You closely work together within the team, with R&D and with production.

• You will report to the Industrialization Manager.

• You have a Master degree in ICT / electronics or have equivalent experience.

• You are interested in optics, mechanics, visualisation technique and applications.

• You know standard program languages (C#, C++, VHDL, …).

• You like a function with a broad scope, a hands on mentality and a methodological workflow.

• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English.
