Other tasks you will be involved in - Providing leadership to team leads, SLM(s) &projectmanager(s) and system engineers
- Participate in people performance management and helping define development plans
- Participate in hiring process, in charge of new hire technical assessment.
Profile
- 5 to 10 years work experience as a system engineer
- In-depth technicalknowledgeon IT infrastructure & Operations: hosting (cloud / on-prem), networking, security and modern workplace,
- Knowledgeable on ITSM / ITIL operational phase: Incident management, problem management, change management, capacitymanagement, availability management, service fulfilment, service catalogue, release management
- Knowledgeableon managing an ICT Service Desk
- Experienced with vendor and supplier management
- Experience in working with offshore technical team
Required Soft skills - Fluent in Dutch , French, and English
