INFRA OPERATIONS MANAGER - BRUSSELS

• Responsible for the IT Managed Services & project deliverydivision within a trusted customer base for Belgium mid-market (300-3000 employees),
• Responsible for Change management , quality assurance, performance and continuity of IT services,
• Preparing, participating and in charge of the IT Change Advisory Board (CAB) of both internal and main customer
• Participate in Implementing & managing IT Governance,
• Manage a team of 10 system Engineers
• Customer management : spotting opportunities at customer and insure companyaddress them

Job description

• Responsible for the IT Managed Services & project deliverydivision within a trusted customer base for Belgium mid-market (300-3000 employees),

Other tasks you will be involved in

• Providing leadership to team leads, SLM(s) &projectmanager(s) and system engineers
• Participate in people performance management and helping define development plans
• Participate in hiring process, in charge of new hire technical assessment.

Profile

• 5 to 10 years work experience as a system engineer
• In-depth technicalknowledgeon IT infrastructure & Operations: hosting (cloud / on-prem), networking, security and modern workplace,
• Knowledgeable on ITSM / ITIL operational phase: Incident management, problem management, change management, capacitymanagement, availability management, service fulfilment, service catalogue, release management
• Knowledgeableon managing an ICT Service Desk
• Experienced with vendor and supplier management
• Experience in working with offshore technical team
