Client Description:
For our client, a fast-paced company in Merchtem, active in warehousing and support activities for transportation, we are looking for an inside sales officer! Job Description:

As an Inside Sales Employee, you will work together with the external sales representative and you will be responsible for:

Managing and developing indirect sales channels

Building and maintaining strong relationships with active accounts (70% upselling, farming and cross selling)

Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads (30% hunting)

Providing excellent customer service and support, also on the e-shop

Working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for an inside sales officer who:

Is very sales minded, driven by targets and results!

Experience in sales, preferably B2B

Is fluent in English AND Swedish, Danish or Finnish

Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Is proactive and customer-focused

Is able to work independently as well as part of a team
