Instructional Designer

As instructional designer you’re responsible for developing and improving content for digital, in-person and blended learning programs. You’re the SME for instructional design within the Training & Capabilities department.

• Learning Programs: designer for content in diverse forms.


• SME: You know the best practices and apply learning principles to our training programs.


• Learning initiatives: support diverse initiatives such as educational videos, tests, …


• Diverse: Edit training materials created by others, film and edit videos used for educational purposes, stay in touch with business to understand the needs and leverage technology to improve the training process.

Who are we looking for?

Must have:

• A Bachelor’s degree


• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Instructional Design


• A background and / or training experience within regulated environment, GMP or life science industry is preferred.


• Experience with LMS and/or working in a digital Quality Management System.
