Your mission
We’re looking for International Sales Representatives, based in our HQ in Brussels, who can thrive in two types of growth opportunities:
Strategic partnerships – complex, multi-stakeholder deals that require deep discovery, trust-building, and tailored solutions.
High-velocity opportunities – repeatable, proven solutions where you can move fast, close deals, and grow market share.
Whichever motion you specialize in, you’ll work in a regulated, high-trust industry where compliance, due diligence, and KYC are part of your winning formula.
And yes, this role takes you places: expect to represent Paynovate at tradeshows and fintech events worldwide!
Drive New Business
Own the full sales cycle — prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close.
Adapt your style to the opportunity — consultative and strategic for larger deals; focused and fast-moving for repeat business.
Keep your pipeline strong and your forecasts sharp.
Grow Client Relationships
Build long-term trust with clients, ensuring they get the best from our solutions.
Spot opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand accounts.
Partner with Product, Operations, and Compliance to deliver smooth onboarding and flawless service.
Represent Paynovate Globally
Attend major fintech and payments events worldwide : from Paris, Bangkok, Budapest, Ibiza, New-York, Amsterdam, Berlin and many others
Network with key players, spot emerging trends, and bring back valuable market intelligence.
Is this you? At Paynovate, we focus on positioning the right talent in the right roles, empowering our people to drive the business forward. We seek someone who:
3–5 years in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in fintech, payments, or another regulated industry.
Experience in either complex B2B sales or fast-cycle, repeatable deals — ideally both.
Understanding of compliance, due diligence, and KYC in a commercial context.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Fluency in English, any other EU language is a strong plus
At ease with CRM, such as Hubspot
Eager to travel internationally for client and industry events.
