We are now in the exciting phase of expanding our production facilities in Borsbeek, Belgium. By joining us, you will play a key role in shaping and streamlining the IT roadmap to produce our delicious, high-quality chocolate that is sold worldwide!

What you will do     

We are looking for a new IT Business Partner to join our team in Borsbeek. In this role your main goal is to create, improve, and maintain a world-class production IT landscape for our expanding factory. You act as a trusted IT partner for our factory team and ensure smooth implementation and continuous improvement of the IT roadmap. 

You will be part of the global IT team and report directly to the Senior Manager IT Infrastructure, who is based in Amsterdam. As you will be working from Borsbeek, you will have a dotted reporting line to the Factory Director. If you're enthusiastic about optimizing key IT production processes at a growing factory and making a positive impact in the world of cocoa, we want to hear from you!

• Sprint planning. You constantly align with development and integration partners to ensure solid progress.

• Manage backlog. You re-evaluate priorities regularly and align with the factory and production teams, partners, and IT team on where to focus on sprint planning.

• Monitor the IT budget. You evaluate changes and projects against set budgets and business value.
