IT Domain Lead

We are looking for a IT Domain Lead for CRM Salesforce, Front-End, and mobile apps in our IT organization who has a passion for driving change in IT while ensuring seamless service for existing solutions. The IT Domain Lead focuses on how new digital solutions are implemented for a chosen NN business domain, taking into account the current situation. You will be supported by a modern IT strategy and a clear IT architecture roadmap.

What does your job as a IT Domain Lead look like?

As a IT Domain Lead, you are end-to-end responsible for cost-effective IT delivery within your business domain: from request to architecture, development, change, and maintenance. You prepare and align the future IT vision, strategy and architecture for the related business domain. You work closely with the Domain Business Product Owner to gain a good understanding of the business needs and priorities (the ‘what’ and ‘when’).

• You develop a comprehensive IT roadmap to achieve an advanced, ROI-driven IT landscape for your business domain, in line with NN Group and NN International guidelines

• You demonstrate leadership in a business-focused IT domain to initiate and organize necessary transformations, as well as support for existing and new IT solutions

• You serve as a ‘servant leader’ in a matrix organization, collaborating with business product owner squads to plan deliverable services and business outcomes, where IT and business specialists work together. Along with scrum masters, you monitor the capacity, performance, productivity, and quality of IT staff in your domain

• You collaborate with experts in security, architecture and operations to guide and support you in this journey

• You set realistic goals and KPIs and monitor them to assess the effectiveness of applications and services in your domain

• You support teams in their efforts to improve quality and focus on business continuity and value addition for the business

• You guide your colleagues to collaboratively create an integrated IT landscape that can support NN Belgium’s business strategy

• You report to the Head of IT SW Engineering and work with People Leads for sourcing and employee development

This is how you fit perfectly into our team

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in an IT environment

• Very good knowledge of Salesforce

• Very good knowledge of front end React (or Angular)

• Very good knowledge of English + Dutch. Knowledge of French is an extra asset.

• Good communication skills

• Team player
