IT Functional analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT development.
• Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and other IT teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet the specified requirements.
• Facilitate training sessions and create end-user documentation for new system functionalities.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to users regarding system functions and enhancements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies that can benefit the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as an IT Functional Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management principles and software development life cycle.
• Experience with documentation tools and methodologies to create functional specifications.
• Proactive approach to learning new technologies and adapting to changing environments.
