IT Project & Implementation Manager (m/f/x)

To strengthen our IT department in Eynatten, Belgium, we are looking for an IT Project & Implementation Manager (m/f/x).

In this role, you will contribute to the successful delivery of strategic IT projects across the NMC Group. By combining technical expertise with a structured and critical mindset, you will support informed decision-making and help ensure that implemented solutions meet business needs, align with industry standards, and create long-term value. Working closely with the Head of IT, executive management, external partners, and business stakeholders, you will actively contribute to the evaluation, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise solutions across the organization.

Your Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, evaluation, and implementation of IT projects across the organization.
• Prepare structured technical options, including risk assessments and evaluation of alternatives.
• Develop pragmatic, fact-based recommendations to support decision-making.
• Critically assess vendor proposals and ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Actively participate in system configuration, integration, testing, documentation, and go-live activities.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of implemented solutions and their operational impact.
• Identify, evaluate, and escalate potential operational risks, dependencies, workload impacts, and technical debt.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of IT, business stakeholders, executive management, and external IT partners to ensure project success.

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in selecting, implementing, and deploying enterprise applications.
• Strong project management skills and experience managing IT implementation projects.
• Very good understanding of complex IT environments, business processes, and system interactions.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and constructively challenge proposed IT solutions.
• Hands-on attitude and willingness to actively contribute throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in French and/or German, combined with a good command of English.
