Senior IT Project Manager

As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will help create a structured and efficient framework for IT projects by aligning methodologies, tools, and ways of working across teams. You will operate within a dynamic enterprise IT environment where coordination, visibility, and continuous improvement are essential to delivering successful projects and supporting team collaboration.

Location: Brussels, working closely with internal IT project teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and continuously improve project management methodologies, standards, templates, and tools aligned with organisational needs and best practices
  


• Oversee and monitor the IT project portfolio, ensuring clear visibility on project progress, risks, dependencies, resource allocation, and inter-project interactions
  


• Produce and maintain management reports, dashboards, KPIs, and project performance metrics for stakeholders and leadership teams
  


• Support project teams in risk identification, mitigation planning, change management, and issue resolution
  


• Promote the adoption of digital collaboration tools, agile methodologies, and a continuous improvement mindset across teams
  


• Coach and support project managers and cross-functional teams to strengthen autonomy, delivery capability, and overall effectiveness
  

Profile

Ideally, you bring:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT project management and PMO-related roles
  


• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum Master, or equivalent
  


• Strong understanding of PMO governance, portfolio management, and enterprise IT operations
  


• Solid expertise in project management methodologies, risk management, change management, and stakeholder coordination
  


• Experience with tools such as SAP, ServiceNow SPM, MS DevOps, and ITSM platforms
  


• A structured, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach to work
  


• Strong ability to manage complex environments, maintain a strategic overview, and facilitate communication between stakeholders
  


• Fluent communication skills in French, Dutch, and English
