IT Services Specialist

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an IT Services Specialist to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Security administration and monitoring, in adherence to the security rules imposed by the central security service.
• Collaborate with other teams on deployment, maintenance, and support of applications portfolio.
• Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure related costs.
• Support IRM in completing digital transformation surveys.
• Manage and update software license inventory.
• Assist users with hybrid and online meeting setups.
• Monitor and manage overall user and groups access rights / functional mailboxes, etc.
• Oversee Staff Center requests and coordinate with IT and central services.
• Document procedures and provide basic user support.
• Manage collaborative tools (Confluence Wikis, SharePoint, M365).
• Participate in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with end users, business managers and the project team.

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Master's degree in IT with minimum 5 years of relevant experience (or Bachelor's degree in IT and minimum of 9 years relevant experience).
• At least 3 years of expertise in collaborative tools such as M365, Confluence, SharePoint etc.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in end user assistance, management of user access and support of information systems.
• At least 3 years of specific experience in ITIL.
• Excellent knowledge of Server administration.
• Previous experience in scripting languages.
• Experience in user support management tools (e.g. ServiceNow, JIRA, Git, Bamboo, Nexus) user training, system testing and user documentation.
• Proven experience on users' needs and requirements collection, classification and prioritization.
• Experience in providing training / coaching sessions.
• Previous experience on maintenance and refinement of system knowledge documentation (procedure documents, process documents, policy documents etc.)
• Excellent English and French (C-level, written and spoken).

Desirable:

• Certification in AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• Certification in Kubernetes Application Developer.
• Certification in ITIL foundation.
