Job Description - IT Support Specialist

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our UniQue team.

What will you be bringing to the team?

  • Develop and manage IS and ICT training programs.
  • Conduct testing and training for Information Systems.
  • Manage collaborative tools such as Confluence Wikis, SharePoint, and M365.
  • Oversee user access and security management.
  • Participate in technical working groups, progress meetings, and discussions with end users, business managers, and project teams (including business analysts, project managers, and developers).
  • Organise, implement, and maintain Information Systems (IS) support, coordinating support teams and collaborating with project teams.
  • Manage IS service delivery and monitor service quality.
  • Manage and follow up on user requests and incidents related to information systems, including organising incident reporting.
  • Provide guidance on the use of information systems.
  • Design and organise user documentation for information systems.
  • Develop and implement relevant support processes.

What do you need to succeed in this position?

  • Bachelor Degree with minimum 11 years of general IT experience (or Master Degree with minimum 7 years of experience).
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in training and coaching.
  • At least 4 years of experience with collaborative tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, and M365.
  • At least 4 years of experience in end-user support and assistance for information systems.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience with ITIL practices.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience with user support management tools (e.g., SMT, ServiceNow, JIRA) and Information Systems testing, including system and non-regression testing.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing user access.
  • Knowledge and experience in collecting, classifying, and prioritizing user needs and requirements.
  • Understanding of Business Cases and/or User Stories.
  • Ability to review IT deliverables to ensure they meet Business/User requirements.
  • Excellent command of the English language at a minimum of C1 level, along with good knowledge of French, is required.
