Job Description - IT Support Specialist L1 BE

About Our Client

Key Responsibilities

Provide 1st/2nd-line IT support (hardware/software troubleshooting).

Manage Windows OS, Active Directory, GPOs, and Office 365.

Support mobile devices (iOS/Android) via MDM solutions.

Resolve tickets within SLAs and assist with PC deployments.

Occasional after-hours/weekend support (projects/emergencies).

Requirements

Bachelor’s in IT/Computer Science (or related field).

2+ years in IT support/helpdesk roles.

Windows OS, Active Directory, O365, ticketing systems.

CompTIA A+ or MCP certification.

Fluent French and English (written/spoken).

Experience with MDM, encryption, remote support tools.

Start Date: June 2025
