Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive support to Italian-speaking business clients through phone, email, and chat communications.
• Assist clients with inquiries related to business services, account management, and operational needs.
• Provide effective solutions to client issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and prompt resolution.
• Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex business queries and improve service delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of business services and products to effectively assist clients.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and service proficiency.

• Fluency in Italian and strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in a customer support role, preferably in a business or corporate environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and basic office software applications.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
