Job Description - Italian Speaking Corporate Customer Advisor -Remote in Greece

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to present a fantastic opportunity for an Italian Speaking Corporate Customer Advisor. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are eager to work in a corporate environment that values professionalism and excellence.


Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality support to Italian-speaking corporate clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to corporate accounts, product offerings, and service-related issues.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients by ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
  • Educate corporate customers about company products and services to enhance their overall experience.
  • Document all customer interactions and manage inquiries using the CRM system for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical support teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement of services.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in a corporate or B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of corporate customer needs and a professional demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a strong customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in customer service applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
