Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer care to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring a high level of service.
• Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently to enhance satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance and recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Participate in training to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• A genuine interest in helping customers and providing excellent service.
