Key Responsibilities

• Assist Italian-speaking customers with inquiries regarding entertainment services, including events, activities, and bookings.
• Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels, addressing issues and queries efficiently.
• Use your knowledge of the entertainment sector to make recommendations based on client preferences and interests.
• Manage and process bookings, ensuring all details are accurate and communicated clearly to clients.
• Stay current with trends and new entertainment offerings to enhance customer interactions.

• Fluency in Italian and English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
