As part of the IT department, our Business Solutions team is the driving force behind important programs and projects that enable innovation in national and international teams such as Research & Development, Manufacturing, Logistics and Quality.

We are looking for pragmatic individuals who excel in versatility and tackle IT challenges with a results-oriented mindset and a knack for hands-on innovation.

As a Project Manager (m/f/d), you will play a central role in digital development and the management of transformation projects. You will have little to no business travel in this position.

The position is limited to 24 months.

These tasks inspire you

  • IT project management and innovation: Coordinate international, high-impact IT projects using standardized methods to achieve a significant impact.
  • Demand Management: Lead the demand management process and manage the collection, review, approval and delivery of cost-effective solutions that are approved by senior leadership.
  • Business Technology Nexus: Translate business requirements into high quality design of world class IT solutions and act as a key link between business requirements and technical teams.
  • Global Process Harmonization: Support initiatives to harmonize global business processes and systems through strategic enterprise solutions.
  • Synergies and Change Management: Create cross-functional and cross-country connections, drive synergies between different initiatives and manage projects with significant organizational impact.
  • Technical optimization and continuous improvement: By understanding how new technologies could impact the way we work, you plan, develop, support and improve IT applications and advise our customers on the selection of the right technology
  • Regular exchange and ad-hoc support for the business in all matters relating to IT requirements

What sets you apart

  • You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable (IT) function in a complex structured company.

  • Great if you already have knowledge of project or change management methods (e.g. PMP, Scrum), if not: we'll train you!
