As an IT System Administrator / IT Engineer (m/f/d) in our IT operations team, you will be jointly responsible for ensuring that our customers' systems run smoothly. What are your tasks?

• Together with the team, you will be responsible for the operation and administration of M365 (hybrid) environments.
• You ensure the smooth operation of our customers' on-premise Windows infrastructures and are responsible for their administration.
• With the help of our monitoring system, you monitor the environments and proactively prevent system failures.
• In 2nd/3rd level support, you will work with the team to resolve incidents quickly and document your work in the ticket system.
• You plan and carry out smaller projects independently in the areas mentioned above
• Together with you, we will work out a development path that is regularly supported by internal and external training.

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed training as an IT specialist, business IT specialist, IT technician, IT systems specialist, IT specialist or a comparable qualification.
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience as an administrator of a Windows environment (Windows 10; Windows Server 2016/2019) and its services such as Active Directory / DNS / DHCP / WSUS.
• You have basic knowledge of PowerShell.
• Ideally, you have experience in the areas of network, firewall and backup as well as initial contact with M365
• You quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and find it easy to solve problems in a structured way.
• You are fluent in written and spoken German and are able to hold conversations in English.
