Job Title: Site Acquisition Specialist
Location: Maastricht, Netherlands
Employment Type: Full-time, 1-year contract
Compensation: Base salary of €30,000 + Uncapped Commissions (€15,000–€25,000/year)

Are you a driven and persuasive individual with a passion for real estate and telecom infrastructure? We are looking for a Site Acquisition Specialist to join our fast-growing team based in Maastricht, Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential locations for telecom antennas across the Netherlands.

• Conduct on-site visits, gather geospatial data, and compile detailed visual reports.

• Negotiate and secure lease agreements with landlords and property owners.

• Keep project details and site information accurately updated in our internal system.

• Collaborate with a multinational team of professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent Dutch speaker (C1 level), with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Fluency in English is required.

• Experience in sales, real estate, or negotiations is highly desirable.

• Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.

• Willingness and ability to travel throughout the Netherlands.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also contributing to a team.
