As a Junior HR Business Partner, you support one or more business units and act as a connector between management, HR and employees. You help implement and follow up on HR programs and initiatives that contribute to business goals, while developing your skills and expertise in the HRBP domain.

What we expect:
Hybrid Work Arrangement
We embrace a flexible hybrid work approach that balances collaboration with autonomy. As part of the HR team, you will be expected to attend our weekly HR meetings on-site every Monday. These meetings rotate across our three locations (Braine, Mechelen, and Ghent) so regular mobility between sites is part of the role.
Beyond the weekly Monday meetings, additional on-site presence of approximately 1–2 days per week is required. The exact schedule depends on team needs, planned meetings, and business priorities, and can therefore vary from week to week. We place high value on flexibility, and busy periods may require more office time, while other weeks allow for more remote work.
