Junior HR Recruiter

Responsibilities include:

• Managing contacts with LMAs (Local Market Areas) & Schools
  


• Maintaining communication with our database of secondary and higher education teachers
  


• Engaging with students who come into contact—directly or indirectly—via the Attracting Technical Talents initiative with D’Ieteren and/or our dealership network
  

Managing the status of all initiatives contributing to the achievement of our goals:

Central Job Site:

• Each participating LMA must have at least one technical job vacancy listed
  


• Clear reporting shared regularly with stakeholders (once per month)
  

Triaal Learning:

• All secondary students enrolled by participating LMAs must follow at least 80% of the training within the Triaal Learning pathway
  


• All student transport arrangements, including additional requests, are managed and answered (SPOC – Single Point of Contact)
  

Greenpower Challenge:

• Acting as SPOC between Greenpower and D’Ieteren and its dealership network
  


• Project manager for the final event in Zolder
  

Academy On Tour:

• Creating a clear schedule with technical trainers and LMAs so that each LMA visits at least one school as part of this initiative
  

D’Ieteren Summer Academy:

• Project Manager for this initiative
  


• Ensuring a varied and relevant program based on the target audience’s needs, with sufficient date distribution to reach at least 100 registrations
  

Job Fair with Diagnosecar:

• Organizing at least one national job fair (or one in Flanders and one in Wallonia) as part of our platinum sponsorship agreement with Diagnosecar
  


• Active participation from all involved LMAs
  

Internal & External Communication:

• Managing all internal meetings and communications
  


• Handling all communications with participating LMAs
  

Individual Planning:

• Creating an individual plan for each of the above initiatives (or variations) per participating LMA, in collaboration with the LMA, to ensure clear expectations and feasible planning on our side
